Shipping policy

 

Shipment Times: 

  • Shipping is handled within 24 hours of purchase. (with the exception of weekends and out of stock items due to inventory errors)

Tracked Shipping?

  • All orders on our website ship with tracked shipping besides Pokemon Singles of low value (>$5). No exceptions. 
  • Orders over $500 may have signature required applied. 
  • Orders over $250 qualify to receive free shipping.  
Pre-Order Shipping:
  • Pre-orders will ship promptly on the week of release or by release day (exact date will be pending product delivery from UPS from distribution). 
  • Pre-orders are shipped with the shipping choice selected by each customer per order. 
  • If no choice was selected (free shipping or economy) we will choose the fastest affordable option available that includes tracking. 

Pre-Order Split Shipping Info: 
  • Products purchased with multiple pre-order items from separate sets may be subject to additional shipping costs for items requested to be split off under our free shipping threshold of $250. 
  • With orders consisting of multiple pre-order items from various sets, these items will automatically be shipped separately as long as the items are over our free shipping threshold of $250. (Example if Pre-Order 1 releases next month and Pre-Order 2 releases in 4 months)
