At SJ Collectibles we do not accept returns on sealed Pokemon, Yugioh, Magic The Gathering or One Piece TCG items due to the nature of the TCG.

If your item is defective is any way, sort or form please send us pictures to admin@SJCollectible.com along with your order number. We will send you a return label to send the item back to us and after further inspection of the product we will go ahead and provide either a replacement or store credit. If we deem your item is not eligible we will go ahead and send it back to you free of cost. 

Nonetheless we will make do our best to work with you on any issues that you have faced. 

Cancelations can be done prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancelation fee due to us being charged a non refundable payment processing fee. This includes Pre-Orders. 

There are exemptions to this policy and we are here to help you overcome any issues. If you have any issues please reach out via Email to admin@SJCollectible.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
